Refund requests are accepted only if submitted within 48 hours of the initial purchase or activation of the Service. After this 48-hour window, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
To request a refund, you must:
- Contact us at billing@cezer.fr within 48 hours of your purchase;
- Provide your order number, account email, and reason for the refund request;
- Not have violated any of the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use policies.
Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 14 business days.
